Jessie McClure is currently a Senior Project Associate with the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE), where she has worked on a variety of projects. She helped re-configure and deliver interviewer training for Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) as part of their selection process for new cadets. Additionally, Jessie played an integral role in updating assessments for THP's promotional process and adapting the process from paper and pencil to a computerized method. She was also responsible for leading a team of project associates in scoring assessments for one of the positions within THP. This included scheduling associates to score and adapting and conducting frame of reference training for the scoring process.

In addition to her work with THP, Jessie developed and facilitated a one day training on Organizational Agility for one of the Leadership Academies sponsored by the Tennessee Department of Human Resources. She has also assisted consultants in the creation of material for other workshops with the State of Tennessee.

Jessie's professional experience includes working as a Benefits Coordinator at Carlex Glass America in Nashville, TN. Jessie began her work at Carlex as an intern, but was promoted to Benefits Coordinator within six months of working at Carlex. In this position, she handled worker's compensation filing and claim management, the entire FMLA process for the 500 plant employees, and benefits administration for the plant. Additionally, due to the small size of the Human Resource department, Jessie supported all other positions within the HR department, including payroll, recruiting, HRIS, and employee relations.

Jessie is a second year graduate student at Middle Tennessee State University planning to receive her Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology in 2018. She received her Bachelor's in I/O Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2016.
