Michele Medina is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of leadership, principles of management, and negotiations. Her research has been published in Personality and Individual Differences and Team Performance Management, among others. She has presented her research at the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Southern Management Association. When she is not teaching or researching, her time is spent with her dog, Molly.
