Steve is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Peabody College. He holds an Airframe and Powerplant Technician Certificate with Inspection Authorization and is also a current pilot.

Steve began teaching at MTSU as an adjunct faculty member in 1990. He joined the full time faculty in 1992 and is currently an Assistant Professor teaching in the Maintenance Management Program.
