Even though the person may be a parent you must assume that the student is an adult. You cannot give out that grade or any other personal information.
You must assume that the student is an adult who is entitled to privacy, even from parents. Students may grant access to their educational records in PipelineMT. Those with a valid Partners in Education (PIE) status may submit a request directly to the MT One Stop. Parents may assert their rights to the records if the student is dependent according to the tax code by following the instructions on the MT One Stop website.
