Welcome to Scientia et Humanitas, a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to showcasing MTSU's best graduate and undergraduate academic research.

Sponsored by the University Honors College, our journal has both print and electronic (open access) versions. Our mission includes demonstrating the breadth and quality of our student research. No less importantly, we also aim to inculcate young scholars into the professional world of peer review and publication. In the process, we promote interdepartmental faculty and student collaboration as well as public relations both on and off campus.

Scientia et Humanitas invites submissions from all current MTSU students and recent graduates. We follow a double-blind peer review process. Submissions should include an abstract, and you may use the citation method deemed appropriate by your field. Please click below for details.
