Fee Discounts and Waivers
Please note, State and TBR/UT employees and Permanently Disabled and Senior Adult students using the fee waiver program cannot preregister for the course(s). Please refer to the "Dates at a Glance" page in the Registration Guides for fee waiver registration dates.
Discounts and waivers cannot be used in conjuction with any other type of fee waiver or discount program.
The employer certification signature should be obtained no earlier than 30 days before fee payment for the semester. (After July 1 for fall, November 1 for spring, April 1 for summer).

You may fax the completed form to (615)904-8169 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not include social security numbers if you chose to fax or email a copy of the form. You may use the student's MTSU ID number.
MTSU will not accept any discount or waiver form after the last day of final exams for the semester. Discounts and waivers are not retroactive.
