Office of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management

The Office of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management (CAERM) is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring institutional and enterprise-wide risks and compliance activities in support of the University’s mission, academic programs, and operations.  CAERM provides training, tools, mitigation strategies, and regulatory updates on risk management, corporate and higher education compliance, and ethics activities. The Office for Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management also facilitates the University’s Enterprise Compliance Committee and the development and maintenance of the institution’s Corporate Compliance Plan.
