The Campus Recreation Fitness & Wellness Program offers a broad span of fitness and wellness programs and services for you to enjoy. Personal Training, Group Training, and MyFit are training programs that fit for individuals of all experience levels and abilities. Group Fitness classes are a great opportunity to try a lot of different classes and meet new people, plus it’s free for students! The MT Nutrition Team helps you learn and participate in hands-on experiences or meet individually for individualized questions and advice. On top of this, we have plenty of special events and programs, like Freshman Fit and Girls Night Out, we encourage you to check out!
