Wanda LyleWanda Lyle

Managing Director, UBS AG | General Manager, UBS Business Solutions Center, Nashville


Wanda Lyle is a Managing Director and the General Manager of the UBS Business Solutions Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She is responsible for overseeing the Business Solution Center's  operating model and associated service delivery. She leads and manages oversight for functions including Information Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Risk. Wanda is also the President of UBS Business Solutions US, the corporate service company supporting UBS's US operating entities. 

Wanda joined UBS in 2010 as the Head of Employee Compliance for the Americas overseeing Employee Conduct, Registration and Licensing, and Compliance Training and Education for the entire region. In 2011, she assumed responsibility for Global Employee Compliance and was ultimately named Co-Head of Americas Compliance prior to assuming leadership of the firm's Nashville operations in 2014. She began her career at Merrill Lynch where she spent 29 years in a range of positions in the Wealth Management Americas division.

Wanda is an active leader in the greater Nashville community, with a particular focus on supporting public education and the city's economic competitiveness. She is chair of Greater Nashville YWCA  and past chair of the Nashville Public Education Foundation. Additionally, Wanda is a member of the Tennessee Business Leaders Council, and also serves as Secretary of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce board. Her additional board service includes NashvilleHealth, St. Thomas Health and the Tennessee College Access and Success Network. Wanda serves on the Mayor's Music City Music Council and is a member of the Tennessee Women's Forum, Downtown Nashville Rotary, and the 2017-2018 Leadership Nashville Class, where she serves as program co-chair for the 2018-2019 class. 

Wanda was named among the Nashville Business Journal's Power 100 for 2017 and 2018 as well as the publication's list of Power Leaders in Finance in 2018. She was also named to the Nashville Post's annual "In Charge – Banking & Finance" list of industry leaders in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Wanda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi. She and her husband Jerry have two grown daughters, a granddaughter and a grandson.


Carrie GreenCarrie Green, M.A., CFA

Director of Equities for the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System


Carrie is Director of Equities for the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System, the $50 billion pension system for State of Tennessee employees. Prior to this role, Ms. Green was a Senior Portfolio Manager of private equity assets for 4 years and a Portfolio Manager in TCRS’ public equities group for 10 years. Carrie received a Masters of Arts in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University and a B.B.A. in Economics from Lambuth University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.


Jackie MorganJackie Morgan

Senior Education Program Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta–Nashville Branch


As Senior Education Program Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta–Nashville Branch, Jackie is recognized as a state and national leader in personal financial education.

Morgan is a sought-after professional for her financial education expertise. She was appointed to the Tennessee Financial Literacy Commission, Nashville Economic Inclusion Advisory Committee, and MTSU Economics and Finance Advisory Board.

Active in the community as well, Morgan is past president of RUTHERFORD Cable, the premier leadership organization for women’s professional advancement in Middle Tennessee. Additionally, Morgan serves on the Champions Board of the Tennessee Girls Collaborative Project, which focuses on STEM careers and initiatives. 

Morgan has a Master’s Degree in Business Education from Middle Tennessee State University and was the recipient of the 2017 MTSU Jones College of Business Exemplar Award and 2017 RUTHERFORD Cable Spirit of Leadership Award. 


Yolanda GreeneYolanda Greene

First Tennessee, Community Bank President, Rutherford County


Yolanda Greene serves as the Rutherford County Market President for First Tennessee Bank.  Greene has served in many banking capacities including leading as a TN Business Bank Market Manger, Commercial Relationship Manager and Credit Portfolio Manager with other institutions.  Greene’s expertise and experience with multiple lines of businesses, allows her to provide local leadership and delivery to the Rutherford County Market.  Greene holds a BS in Biology, a minor in Chemistry, and a MBA from Tennessee State University. Greene is humbled to serve her Rutherford County Community through serving in board positions with several organizations including: Tennessee Board of Regents representing the 4th congressional district, Founding Member of United Way Young Leader’s Society, Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club, Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and Mt Zion Baptist Church. She’s been recognized twice as a Murfreesboro Women in Business (2011 & 2016), Leadership Rutherford Graduate, Young Leader’s Council, 2017 40 Under 40 Recipient from the Nashville Business Journal and the 2018 Young Professional Athena International Award Recipient by the Rutherford County Cable.
