Biography
Chris Dilday is a musician, producer, DJ, engineer and technology enthusiast . A drummer since age 10 and a DJ since 16, he has immersed himself in music from an early age.
Chris graduated from SAE Institute in 2007 with high honors and has recorded, mixed, and mastered multiple albums as a freelance engineer. Chris graduated from SAE Institute in 2007 with high honors and has recorded, mixed, and mastered multiple albums as a freelance engineer. He is an Ableton Certified Trainer, Avid Certified Instructor as well as one of the founders of the Nashville Ableton User Group. He is also the Technology Specialist for Savant Playback, a company that provides playback systems for touring artists all over the world.
Before becoming the IT Specialist for the Department of Recording Industry, he spent 15 years as the Technology Supervisor at SAE Institute. During this time he was in charge of mulitple recording studios, labs, and classrooms.
