Biography
D Wilkerson is a theatre artist with over 120 professional credits as an actor, director, fight choreographer, intimacy coordinator, stage manager, and dialect coach. They have worked with such companies as Nashville Shakespeare Festival, Nashville Repertory Theatre, Nashville Opera, Vanderbilt University Theatre, and, of course, Middle Tennessee State University, just to name a few.
Creative Activity
D directed MTSU's 2024 center stage production of The Tempest. They also appeared as Malvolio (Twelfth Night) and Pisano (Cymbeline) in recent Nashville Shakespeare Festival productions, and were Fight Director and Intimacy Coordinator for Vanderbilt University's 2023 production of Sweat, directed by Chuck Smith of the Goodman Theatre in Chicago.
