Biography
Ms. Belcher specializes in reuse of existing structures, day care facility design, elderly care facility design, aging in place, residential design and health care facility design. She has presented at the local, state, and international level. In 2004-05 Ms. Belcher served as the MTSU Executive Vice President and Provost's Fellow and in 2008-10 she was the IDEC South Region Chair.
