Managerial Decision-Making

Thomas, Professor of Management, served previously as Vice-President and Executive Assistant to the President at MTSU. He earned his doctorate from Vanderbilt University in 1984 and completed the Harvard University Institute for Educational Management in 1995.  His teaching and research interests are in the leadership area, and he teaches the graduate leadership course. Thomas co-developed the Institute of Leadership Excellence and the Center for Executive Leadership. He has served as a consultant and made presentations to a variety of organizations on leadership topics.
