Biography
Kenneth George is a lecturer at Middle Tennessee State University with over 25 years of contract management experience in both the government sub-contract and commercial outsourcing sectors. Beginning in 2023, his role changed at the Jones College of Business from his Management Department classes to a new role in the Marketing Department as a full-time trainer for the Dale Carnegie Course. A lifetime resident of Lewisburg, Kenneth has been a District Commissioner for Babe Ruth Baseball, served on the Marshall County Board of Education, Marshall County Planning Commission and the Marshall County Joint Economic and Community Development Board along with numerous other civic and community positions. As part of his work at MTSU, he also promotes the services and programs available through the University -- specifically the Small Business Development Center hosted through MTSU and the work performed through the Pam Wright Chair of Entrepreneurship administered by Dr. Kristen Shanine.
