Biography
Hired in the new position of the Farm Lab Executive Assistant in March 2024. She worked in the Chemistry department as the Budget Coordinator for two years before coming to the Farm Lab. Read More »Hired in the new position of the Farm Lab Executive Assistant in March 2024. She worked in the Chemistry department as the Budget Coordinator for two years before coming to the Farm Lab. Lori grew up here in Murfreesboro and her family raised horses for many years and has always been interested in agriculture and animal welfare. Her dad was a TN State FFA Delegate in 1952! Before working at MTSU, she worked in business management within the Nashville Recording Industry (MTSU 1992 grad!) and then on to elementary school bookkeeping with the Murfreesboro City Schools. She lives in Murfreesboro with her husband, Jeff, their 2 cats and a Puggle. Their daughter, Delaney, is an MTSU Environmental Science major. Lori is currently enrolled in the Purdue University Distance Veterinary Nursing Program with the plan to become a licensed veterinary nurse in the state of TN as an encore career!
