Mary Beth Hagan practices law with Hagan Jenkins Law Group, PLLC, in Murfreesboro. She focuses her practice on construction, business, and real estate litigation, as well as advising numerous small and medium-sized businesses through their legal needs. Hagan’s construction law practice consists of representing general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in the resolution of payment disputes, construction deficiency and defect disputes, mechanics’ and materialman’s lien claims, and other related disputes. 

A large part of her practice involves mediation and arbitration. In both arenas, Hagan represents clients as an advocate but also serves as the dispute neutral for a variety of business disputes. She is listed as a Rule 31 Mediator in Tennessee and serves frequently as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association on the Construction and Commercial panels. 

Hagan is president of Red Shoe Title Inc., a local title company. She is a member of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel.  Hagan graduated in 2002 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she served as an executive research editor on the Tennessee Law Review.  She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Tennessee Technological University.
