Biography
Professor Matt Leimkuehler (pronounced lime-cooler) is a Nashville-based music journalist and an assistant professor at Middle Tennessee State University. He’s spent a decade-plus covering entertainment, with bylines including GQ, Forbes, The Tennessean & USA Today, American Songwriter, the Nashville Scene, and more. At MTSU, Leimkuehler teaches courses like Feature Writing, Reporting, and leads a summer class to Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival for hands-on field experience.
