Human Resource Management Organization Behavior

Dr. Millicent Nelson is a former corporate manager/administrator who returned to academia and received a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2003. She is Associate Professor of Management and Director of the Health Care Management Graduate Certificate Program.  She teaches undergraduate courses in organization behavior and human resources as well as graduate courses in leadership and health care management. Her research interests are in the areas of student academic integrity, diversity, leadership, and hospital management.
