Dr. Kethley received his PhD in Business from the University of Mississippi, with a major in Production/Operations Management, and minors in Management Information Systems and Organizational Behavior. He also earned an MS in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and a BS in Industry Technology from Southern Illinois University. Dr. Kethley received his PhD in Business from the University of Mississippi, with a major in Production/Operations Management, and minors in Management Information Systems and Organizational Behavior. He also earned an MS in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and a BS in Industry Technology from Southern Illinois University. He teaches in the areas of Supply Chain Operations, Continuous Improvement/Problem Solving and Management of Innovation. His research interests include Taguchi Loss Function Applications, Scheduling, Algorithm and Heuristic Development and Personnel Selection Methods.  He has published twenty peer-reviewed articles in such journals as Journal of Scheduling, Annals of Operations Research, Production and Manufacturing Research, Journal of Multi-Criteria Decision Making and IEE Transactions.

Dr. Kethley has 12 years of industry experience in various positions, including Manufacturing Engineering, Project Engineering, and as a Manufacturing Manager. He has worked in the tactical weapons divisions for General Dynamics, Hughes Missile Systems, and Martin Marietta.
