She is part of the English Department at MTSU, specializing in English Expository Writing and Argumentative Research Writing. Rima focuses on finding innovative teaching methods for writing by connecting it with neuroscience, enhancing her students' understanding of the writing process. With a strong commitment to fostering student growth and engagement, she strives to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment where students can develop their critical thinking and writing skills.
Professor Abdallah holds two master's degrees from GJU University and MTSU, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for the power of effective communication and education. She believes that writing is not just a skill, but a vital tool for students to express their ideas and contribute meaningfully to society.
In addition to teaching, Rima is dedicated to continuous professional development, regularly attending workshops and conferences to enhance her teaching methods. She has a passion for research.
Outside the classroom, Rima enjoys reading, running, boxing, and, of course, writing. She is excited to continue guiding students on their academic journeys and helping them become confident writers.
