Biography
Sarah Harris is a proud 2010 alumni of the Nutrition and Food Science program at MTSU and joined as a full-time instructor in the Spring of 2021. She is a Tennessee licensed Registered Dietitian with experience ranging from lactation to gerontology. Sarah completed dietetic internship and received her M.S. degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Memphis in 2011. She now resides in Nashville, TN, and her interests include running, hiking, and exploring the parks of Middle Tennessee with her sons, playing the piano, reading non-fiction, writing, and teaching.
