Biography

Stephen C. Decker is an instructor in the Department of speech and Theatre. He earned his B.S. in Music Education from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee and a ThM in communication from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. He teaches Fundamentals of Communication. Mr. Decker redesigned his speech course to a flipped classroom model as a part of an initiative by MTSU to improve teacher and student performance.
