      Dr. Wandi Ding is a Professor, M.S. Graduate Advisor, and Associate Chair for Research in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Middle Tennessee State University. She also serves as Associate Director of Education (graduate track) for the QRiSE (Quantum Research, Interdisciplinary Science, and Education) Center. Her interdisciplinary research integrates mathematical modeling, computation, optimization, and data-driven methods to study complex biological and quantum systems.

      She is a faculty member in the Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) Ph.D. Program and the Honors College. She also serves as Co-President of the Tennessee Chapter of the Association for Women in Science (AWIS). She has held multiple leadership roles in the MTSU chapter of Phi Kappa Phi.
