Wendy Hyatt is a Tennessee native from McMinnville who spent many years living along the Gulf Coast in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Middle Tennessee State University.

Throughout her career, Wendy has built a diverse professional background spanning public service, education, and operations. She worked with the State of Alabama through the Alabama Historical Commission, where she coordinated finance and marketing efforts for Fort Morgan State Historic Site. Her experience also includes roles with the Internal Revenue Service in business collections and with Manchester City Schools in the Special Education program.
