First Amendment News and Insights from MTSU

John Brown University

With its 1 for All funding, the university in Siloam Springs, Ark., put on a major event, “Reimagining Faith & Public Life,” on Oct. 15, 2019.

David French, Jemar Tisby, and Jenny Yang discussed the future of faith and public life.

The event was an enormous success, with 900 people—of whom 773 were students—attending the chapel address by Jemar Tisby.

About 40 faculty and staff members attended a luncheon with Jenny Yang, where she talked about what she does as the vice president for public policy and advocacy at World Relief.

And over 250 students, faculty, and members of the community attended the main event, “The Future of Faith & Public Life.”
