Birth Control
As part of the gynecological exam, your provider will counsel you on birth control
methods. We offer a wide range of birth control methods such as:
- IUD - Mirena, Kyleena
- Implant - Nexplanon
- Injection - Depo-Provera
- Contraceptive rings - NuvaRing, Annovera
- Contraceptive patch
- birth control pills
- condoms
Because there is no one perfect method, your choice should be based on your priorities. Some characteristics to consider side effects, effectiveness, cost, convenience, and STD/HIV prevention. Your provider will help you decide which method is right for you. The costs are approximate and may vary from pharmacy to pharmacy.
