WMTS 88.3 FM, a student-run noncommercial radio station broadcasting a variety of music, talk and sports shows

Blue Raider Student Television, a student-run television station broadcasting on channel 10 in Rutherford County. Blue Raider Student Television produces original shows including live newscasts.

Match Records, a student-run record label which strives to involve students in all aspects of a traditional record label: talent acquisition and development, production, marketing and distribution. In turn, students gain real-world experience and opportunities for networking
The CIM is also home to WMOT Roots Radio 89.5 FM, MTSU's NPR Music station playing American Roots music over 100,000 watt of power throughout Middle Tennessee including Nashville and Murfreesboro.

The CIM director is available to faculty as a consultant, trainer or as a guest lecturer

CIM facilities are available to faculty, including: Studio 2, television studio, WMTS radio production suite, the CIM Voice Tracking Rooom and use of lab and software for non-class related projects

Faculty may use the CIM as a startup facility for new media projects or research projects

Propose collaborations between student media, classes, faculty and WMOT

Scheduled use of the CIM conference room for meetings and collaborations
