Howard, James V.

Corporal James Van Howard was drafted into the Army during the Vietnam War. He was attachted to 196th Light Infantry Brigade, 17th Cavalry, F Troop, and his specialty was Light Weapons Infantry. He died in the Quang Tin province on October 30, 1968. 

James is honored on the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington DC. Name inscribed at VVM Wall, Panel 40w, Line 58.
