MTSU Police Officers

University Police Officers work to provide safety and security for Middle Tennessee State University students, faculty, staff, and visitors. As the most visible portion of the university's safety initiatives, University Police Officers patrol the campus and answer calls for service on foot, in cars and on bicycles twenty-four (24) hours a day. University Police Officers interact with community members on a daily basis in order to establish collaborative partnerships focused on the protection and safety of the university community. Successful candidates are expected to have a dedication to service, and a commitment to the department's mission to provide a safe learning, teaching, and working environment to a diverse university community.
