Business During COVID-19
The Office of Student Conduct is currently following state and university directives
regarding business operations. Our office is open; however, we are conducting business
remotely at this time. This means that we are taking calls and emails Monday – Friday
during business hours. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time!
Please review the following information as it pertains to your individual circumstances:
Students With Registration/Transcript Holds
Please leave your name, M number, and contact email/phone and indicate that you currently
have a hold in place. A staff member will have to physically go in to the office
to be able to access your information to be able to respond, so there may be a delay
or a day or two.
- If you have a hold because you did not attend a previously scheduled conduct meeting,
your assigned staff member will contact you via MTSU email with instructions.
- If you have a hold because you did not submit a disciplinary sanction, you must submit
the sanction. Once the sanction is submitted, your assigned staff member will contact
you via MTSU email.
Students Who Have Pending Conduct Cases
Your assigned staff member will contact you via MTSU email with further instructions.
It is likely that you will resolve your case via email or Zoom/Skype.
Developmental/Sanction Meetings
These meetings will resume via telephone during the week of March 30, 2020. Your
assigned staff member will request your preferred contact number.
