1) Replace University Computer Lab printers. Replace five printers in the 24/7 university lab. Old printers are approaching the million pages printed and are requiring frequent maintenance due to high usage. New printers have a longer monthly duty cycle that will reduce maintenance costs. 2)Web-based Storage for students. This system will provide a new service to our students. It will enable students/faculty to exchange documents in a ubiquitous manner; allowing users to manage files from anywhere via secured internet connection using a standard browser. 3) Rivet XBRL Educational Program Software (Linked Master Classroom Proposal). Purchase of licenses to be installed in the University Computer Lab. This proposal is linked to the the College of Busienss Master Classroom Proposal for BAS S308. The cost of this proposal is $1,300 to be approved via the Master Classroom Proposal. Or, add $1,300 to this proposal and discard the Master Classroom proposal. The reason is that we need the software to be available in both the master classrooom and the open lab for easy student access.
