The Criminal Justice Administration program offers several advanced courses to the approximately 500 graduate and undergraduate students with a Criminal Justice Administration declared major or minor. In the advanced courses for policing, the need for selected hands-on use and familiarization with various items of specialty equipment is necessary to provide competitive academic understanding so our students can make significant contributions to their respective professions. Three faculty members are qualified to teach Criminal Investigations and Advanced Criminal Investigations. Each class section contains approximately 15 students. We propose purchasing reusable equipment than can be shared by multiple students in an instructional setting and locked storage cabinets which will be located in the storage room designated for Criminal Justice Administration.
