Todd 205 – This room is used mainly by the Art Education Program but is every semester is booked back-to-back with art education classes and many other disciplines. This room serves approximately 85 art education majors and 90 elementary and early childhood majors in 10-12 classes with another 275-300 students from other disciplines, meeting in Todd 205 each semester. We propose a standard master classroom with a laserjet printer. Todd 210 – This room is used mainly for seminars. Currently the room is equipped with the traditional 35mm slide media and projectors. As manufacturers continue to phase out slide film and projectors, visual resources for teaching art history will now become all digital media. We propose a portable cart for this master classroom which then could be utilized in other rooms in Todd for teaching with 21st century media allow the department to serve innumerable students. After the Todd Hall remodeling most rooms such as these are equipped with an electric projection screen and the needed master classroom infrastructure, making the conversion to a master classroom a relatively simple and lower cost. Can lights on dimmers are for proper light balance to view the projection screens. The current florescent lights dimmed, strobe.
