Replace the entire remaining campus network Enterasys E7 network switches with updated network equipment. New equipment will allow for faster link speeds and more security and access control options for preventing the spread of viruses, worms, and network denial of service attacks. Existing equipment is over four years old, has limits on throughput, and cannot take advantage of the advanced core network security options in use today.
