Advisor Mastery Program (AMP) Workshops

These workshops will focus primarily on advisor skill-building and knowledge-building. Potential topics include:

• Technical/Software/Administrative skills (Excel, TEAMS, ARGOS, reading high school transcripts, etc.)
• Advising approaches and best practices
• Legal/Ethical issues in advising
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Workshops will be offered twice a month, and will generally be worth 1 point (unless otherwise stated). Workshops will vary in terms of being offered in-person or via zoom.

Processing your Personality:

In this iShare, we will explore 9 personality types and how they apply to you as an individual and an advisor.

Session 1: The 9 Personality Types

In this session, we will review the 9 types and discuss the typical strengths and challenges of each personality type. We will send out a link to a quick test you can take before this session so you can find your type before we begin.

Each iShare session will be worth 1 point towards AMP certification.
