Join Certified Exercise Physiologist Merredith Mooth for a unique movement-based experience. Suitable for all ages and experience levels, Classical Stretch is a functional fitness class designed to build strength and mobility through a series of gentle yet effective full body exercises. The program uses a combination of ballet, tai chi, and yoga movements to support healthy muscles, joints, and connective tissue.
