More Details

Did you know that crafting helps reduce anxiety, builds self-esteem, and helps relieve depression?  Whether you are an old hand at knitting and crochet or you are yarn curious and want to learn, please join us.  We will explore basic stitches in crochet and knitting while creating a coaster or dishrag.  For the experienced, please feel free to bring a UFO (UnFinished Object) to work on.  Please bring a ball of 100% cotton, worsted weight yarn (e.g., Peaches & Creme or Sugar & Cream) in the color of your choice. You will also need a crochet hook in the size of G or H or knitting needles in a 6, 7, or 8.  These items are available at any craft store (e.g., JoAnn Fabrics, Michael’s), Walmart, or Amazon.
