Contact hours are straightforward in a face-to-face class; it is the time scheduled for class meetings. What about online courses? Have you ever wondered if you are doing too much, too little, or just the right amount in your online courses to meet the required contact/instruction hours? This workshop will provide an introduction to measuring contact hours and provide resources to help you measure contact hours in your own courses.
