In partnership with Pathway Lending, the Business and Economic Research Center is conducting an economic assessment of banks' motivation for building a community investment partnership with Pathway Lending. The study aims to assess the economic motivation and incentives that lead banks to partnership-building with community development financial institutions like Pathway Lending and to gain insights on prospects for such partnership-building.
