Requesting Space for Student Organization Sponsored Events

- Examine 25Live for appropriate facility and/or available space, a login is not needed. Use this Quick Guide to find events in a specific space or this Quick Guide to find any available space for your event. Spaces listed as restricted require additional approval.
- For Student Affairs Spaces (SU, KUC, JUB), please visit MTSU Student Unions and follow the instructions to Request Space there. For Tucker Theatre and other performance spaces visit the Theatre and Dance Website and fill in the form there. For Campus Recreation Spaces (REC) visit the Campus Recreation Website and fill in the form there.
- For all other campus spaces, the student organization advisor can log into 25Live and submit an online room request (Quick Guide here) OR complete the hard copy Application for Use of Facilities form and submit to evtcoord@mtsu.edu. Remember, the request must be submitted at least a week before the event begins!
- Check out the Event Services, Event Policies and Guidelines and the Student Organization Handbook for pages to determine fees and service options. An estimate can be provided by the appropriate scheduler.
