Applicants for this program should have a bachelor’s degree in any field, and a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
It takes less than 10 minutes to start an application for our program and your progress is automatically saved, allowing you to take your time and come back to the application when you are ready. Once this initial application has been submitted, you will receive directions on how to enter the graduate portal to be able to submit other materials.

You will need to provide official transcripts from all colleges or universities you have previously attended. The College of Graduate Studies does not accept unofficial transcripts. To be considered official, a transcript must be sent directly from the applicant’s institution to the College of Graduate Studies at MTSU.
Digital transcripts may be sent to askgrad@mtsu.edu.
You may also be able to order your transcripts electronically through the National Student Clearinghouse or Parchment. These sites will send your transcripts directly and quickly to the College of Graduate Studies.
