A list of schedulers and campuswide event guidelines can be found on the Event Coordination (mtsu.edu/eventcoordination) website. 

All space reservations, including courses and outdoor areas, use the campuswide scheduling software 25live. Courses are scheduled in advance and take precedence over event scheduling in all classrooms. Events should not directly conflict with study day, final exams, or Connection Point activities. 

All MTSU groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremonies are scheduled through the Event Coordination Department and must be approved by the Office of the President. 

The University master calendar (mtsu.edu/calendar) and 25live (mtsu.edu/25live) continue to grow in appeal and usage. The information in 25live not only shows room features and routes to the University master calendar, but also can route events to individual departmental calendars.
