UPDATE: 2023-2024 Co-Sponsorships have been awarded and funds no longer remain for the current academic year. 

You may fill out our online form below to request co-sponsorship from SPARE. Once the information has been received by our office, your request will be forwarded to the Executive Council. After the council reviews the request you will be contacted by the President to update you on the status of the request (please allow up to 1 month for a response). Please complete form as detailed as possible.

All co-sponsorship requests need to be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of the event. Requests sent during the summer or other break periods will be held until students return.

Please note: The co-sponsorship form is intended for on-campus usage to host events. SPARE's co-sponsorship funding is primarily used to assist on-campus departments and organizations with events related to our goals of student engagement, connectivity, and represenatation. Please refrain from submitting an application if you are an off-campus entity or are planning an event with a non-student focus.
