Advisor Mastery Program (AMP) Workshops

These workshops will focus primarily on advisor skill-building and knowledge-building. Potential topics include:

  • Technical/Software/Administrative skills (Excel, TEAMS, ARGOS, reading high school transcripts, etc.)
  • Advising approaches and best practices
  • Legal/Ethical issues in advising
  • Inclusive Excellence 

Workshops will be offered twice a month, and will generally be worth 1 point (unless otherwise stated). Workshops will vary in terms of being offered in-person or via zoom.

More Details

Advising Fellow for Student Success Technologies and our Navigate360 Application Administrator, Erin Arnold, will be hosting an intermediate-level training on the new AI Meeting Summary Assistant within the platform and some existing features as time allows. As the AI Meeting Summary Assistant will become live following this training, it is highly recommended that at least one advisor from each center attend.

Topics will include:

  • AI Meeting Summary Assistant
    • Transcribe & Summarize Audio
    • Summarize Attachments
    • Summarize Text

As time allows:

  • Dashboard custom tiles
  • Enrollment campaigns
  • Drop-ins
  • Content Templates
  • Automated Actions

We will also briefly discuss the transition from the Student Profile Agent to the AI Staff Assistant that will occur before the start of the Fall 2026 term.
