Why Narrative Based Coaching?
It is clear that students have a “story” that was written for them or by them. This “story” has an impact on why and how students will embrace the change that can and should take place for them on a college campus. Our belief is that we must first identify what “story” students tell themselves and what a new “story” would be for the student as they progress through their academic experience and become more self-aware.
Why Self Awareness?
We are taught that if we want more, we must have education, opportunity, relationships and success. The reality is that if you want more, the first thing you must have is more of yourself. We help students do that through The Talent Development Framework.
