The Disability & Access Center office hours are as follows:

DAC Staff

Kevin States

Prior to joining MTSU Disability and Access Center, Kevin served as Coordinator of Disability Services for Columbia State Community College for 5 years.  Kevin has obtained a Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling at Eastern Illinois University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation, Sports, and Tourism at University of Illinois.  Kevin enjoys seeing how students grow throughout their college experience.  Kevin’s interests are spending time with his wife and two girls, being a basketball enthusiast, and being involved in the community.

Marinda Clouthier
Associate Director 

Marinda Clouthier is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Prior to coming to MTSU she was a Military Academic Advisor for SNHU after being a military spouse for over 10 years. She believes that everyone can obtain a degree they just need to find the right tools to help them succeed. Marinda enjoys spending time with her two children exploring new places, checking out museums, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Chris Magliacano
Adaptive Technology Manager

Chris Magliacano is an MTSU alumnus and enthusiast. He oversees the operation of MTSU’s Adaptive Technology Center (ATC) and strives to further equal access in all aspects of the community. Chris enjoys spending his free time playing guitar and learning about new technologies.

Caleb Paschall
Adaptive Recreation & Exercise

Caleb Paschall is a graduate of MTSU and a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.  He is also a self-defense instructor and provides training to members of the MTSU community and the Middle Tennessee area.

Vicki Palmer

Before Vicki joined the MTSU Disability and Access Center team, she was a secretary for Rutherford County Schools at the middle school level for several years. This is where her love of helping students began. In addition to working on campus, she will also be taking classes to continue her education. Vicki spends most of her free time doing things with her husband and children, as well as keeping up with friends and family via social media, and dining at the wide variety of delicious restaurants in Murfreesboro and vicinity.
