Middle Tennessee Administrative Professionals History
In 1976, MTSU clerical employees banded together to represent their collective interests under the name Clerical Caucus. This organization's name was changed to the Association of Secretarial and Clerical Employees (ASCE) until April 2022. The Executive Board and group members came together to once again imact their history. Middle Tennessee Adminstrative Professionals continues to encourage professional and personal development, while providing the opportunity to network and exchange information and knowledge. For more information on the history of MTAP, historical papers are held in the Albert Gore Research Center.
