MTSU offers vision coverage through the State of Tennessee.  Currently there are two plan options to choose from. Employees may enroll during their initial enrollment period (within 30 days from the date employment begins) or during the annual enrollment period.  Once enrolled, employees cannot make changes until the next enrollment period.
