The research is clear: in order to be effective, teachers should be reflective. Many faculty members have transitioned from a traditional classroom to remote, online, hybrid, or web-assisted classes--a situation that provides opportunities for both innovation and reflection. This workshop highlights the prevalence and power of reflection and self-evaluation for all educators regardless of discipline or domain. Instructors will not only leave this workshop with a clearer understanding of why we must reflect on our craft but also with ready-to-use tips and strategies to become a reflective practitioner.
