Collaboration is becoming the norm for both disciplinary and interdisciplinary research. This workshop will highlight the practical, social, and psychological aspects of developing and maintaining productive research collaborations. Topics covered include different kinds of collaboration, how to begin a research collaboration, the benefits and challenges of collaborating, and how to manage your collaborations effectively.
Dr. Tom Brinthaupt is Director of Faculty Development at the LT&ITC. He collaborates extensively on a wide variety of research and writing projects, with faculty from both MTSU and other institutions.
